Some love stories begin with a grand romantic gesture—ours started with a simple Facebook connection in 2022. Neither of us could have predicted that a single message would turn into something extraordinary, but from the moment we started talking, we couldn’t stop. Literally. Our first phone call lasted seven hours (yes, you read that right), and by the end of it, we both knew something special was happening.

There was an instant bond, a sense of trust that felt effortless, like we had known each other forever. As time passed, our connection only deepened, and so did our family. Danielle gained an incredible mother-in-law, and Dean found himself the proud stepfather of three amazing kids. Our families blended together so naturally that it felt like it was always meant to be. And as if that wasn’t enough, we’ve also been lucky to gain a whole new extended family of friends and loved ones who have celebrated our journey from the start.

We also believe that some love stories are guided by something greater than ourselves. Though Dean’s brother passed before Danielle had the chance to meet him, we feel his presence in our journey and know he had a hand in bringing us together.   And as our family has grown, so has the love and support around us—including new friendships, deepened bonds, and the wonderful, sometimes chaotic, but always cherished people who make our world complete (yes, even Danielle’s brother, who we wouldn’t leave out of this story ).

We share so much—our love for traveling, our passion for music (especially Frank Sinatra, who we basically consider a close personal friend at this point), our adventurous spirits, and a slightly wild and crazy streak (though let’s be honest, Dean is the wilder one by a long shot). Our personalities just click in a way that makes life together feel effortless and fun.

They say true love can be found at any age, and we are living proof of that. It may have taken us a little longer to find each other, but we believe it happened exactly when and how it was supposed to. Now, as we step into this next chapter, we are beyond excited to celebrate with all of you—the people who mean the most to us.
